We are looking at possibly re-launching Children's University at our school this year but we would like it to be as successful as possible, with a greater number of children participating.

We will be counting the clubs at our school as part of the scheme as well as any after school external clubs your child may participate in.  The key to the success of the scheme is making sure your child gets their passport stamped each time and also that they don't lose the passport.

If you're interested in them signing up, please complete the form below.  If you already have a passport you'll carry on using, please message me on Seesaw.  Thank you

What is Children's University?

North and North East Lincolnshire is the new name for your local Children’s University. Along with the name we have moved to our new home at the University Campus North Lincolnshire (UCNL), and we have several new people working behind the scenes to improve our provision to you.

We would love for you to join our Children’s University and we are here to provide you with some exciting opportunities both in and outside the classroom. We are the university of ‘FUN’, and there is a lot of fun to be had with the activities we host at UCNL, activities with our partner organisations such as Hall Farm Eastoft, the NHS and many more in our local area.

Your fun learning will be recorded in your very own Passport to Learning. Once you have 30 learning hours you will be graduating at the next Children’s University Graduation. Years 1 to 4 graduate in school and years 5 to 8 graduate at UCNL. Collecting hours for your passport and graduations does not stop there though; in total there are 1000 hours to collect!

We allow 10 hours per regular activity per term. For example, you can collect 10 hours football, 10 hours swimming, 10 hours drama (and many other regular activities you attend each week) during September to December. The term January to April you can collect these 10 hours again; the same for May to August. At the end of 12 months you will have 30 hours football, 30 hours swimming and 30 hours drama plus all the other hours from other activities.

📷If you do not have a Passport, please ask your parent/guardian to contact the school office to enable you to start your North and North East Lincolnshire Children’s University journey. If you need more information, please contact:
